Delivery dates are approximate. Upon arrival, all goods must be inspected carefully for damage, and signed for appropriately.
Please be aware for large and heavy goods such as boilers and heaters, that you have adequate space to receive and handle the goods in a safe manner. In such instances, we insist that at least 2 people handle/carry the item(s).
We use a variety of 3rd Party carriers for our delivery services. Once goods have been despatched custody of those goods is transferred to the selected courier for delivery. All deliveries are from that point subject to the terms and conditions of the respective courier.
The couriers we use include;

DHL
Royal Mail
Parcelforce
Palletline/Chambers & Cooke.
Where possible, contact information will be provided to couriers to allow for progress tracking of a delivery.
Prices and Delivery

If we receive an order before 2 pm Monday to Friday we can ship out for delivery the next working day (Delivery date of Monday if ordered on a Friday). Next day delivery can be delivered up to 5pm next day cost £13.50 irrespective of weight. Orders received after 2 pm will be endeavoured to ship the same day if possible, otherwise items will shipped the following working day. This excludes Bank Holidays and scheduled closures as and when advertised on our home page.
All orders over £200 net value (£240 including VAT) are eligible for free standard next day or economy delivery.
Timed(Express) and Economy delivery
If we receive an order before 2 pm Monday to Friday we can ship out for delivery the next working day. Our courier's boxed delivery express service includes a 12pm Priority (10:30am where possible) for £30.00, or a Budget/Saver Express service for 2pm (12pm where possible) for £25.00 irrespective of weight.
The facility with our couriers will allow for 2-3 days economy delivery for non-urgent orders. Price: £8.50
Palletised delivery
We are currently working on our palletised delivery rates. If you wish to place an order that may require palletised delivery (large axial/centrifugal fans, large flue orders, motors or appliances) please contact us for more information.
Deliveries during Festive Period
During festive periods and holiday closures our order cut-offs will be displayed as part of our opening hours notifications. It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure any and all orders required for delivery before Christmas are completed on time according to our closures on this notification.
Peak Demand and Extreme Weather Periods
During periods of extremely high demand, or extreme weather, our couriers reserve the right to suspend or delay prioritized timed deliveries to maximise the efficiancy of their services to ensure as many deliveries as possible are made on the expected date. Any delays under force majure are not covered by best endeavours guarantees under the terms of service from our couriers.
Attempted deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all delivery information is correct and accurate, and that there will be somebody present to sign for the goods. We will not be held responsible for any failed attempt at delivery by the courier if there is nobody on site to accept goods.
Pricing Structure Information
If you live within any of the above areas, we insist you email or call us so we can provide accurate shipping charges to your destination. We reserve the right to postpone, cancel or refund any order where incorrect delivery has been chosen during checkout.
All other UK Mainland destinations will incur the delivery rates as stated above.
We reserve the option to offer an alternate delivery address to customers at our discretion, so of their own accord. Our checkout offers this facility to choose a seperate delivery address to your billing address when placing your order.
